Q: What types of steel products can you supply?

A: We supply a full range of industrial steel products including carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, superalloy, titanium alloy, tool steel, bearing steel and spring steel. All products strictly comply with GB, ASTM, AMS, EN, JIS and other international standards. Customized production is available according to customer drawings, parameter indicators and special working condition requirements.

Q: What is the product MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?

A: The MOQ for regular spot products is 1 ton. The MOQ for special specifications, customized rolling and special alloy products is flexible and negotiable. Small-batch trial orders are supported to reduce customers’ trial order costs.

Q: Do you support drawing customization and precision deep processing?

A: We provide one-stop precision deep processing services, including sawing, precision cutting, forging, hot rolling, cold rolling, quenching, tempering, solution treatment and precision machining. All processing is customized strictly in accordance with customer drawings, dimensional tolerance and surface precision requirements, adapting to various high-precision industrial scenarios.

Q: What tolerance standards do your products adopt?

A: Regular products strictly follow international general standards of ASTM, EN, GB and JIS for dimensional tolerance. For high-end precision scenarios, ultra-high tolerance customization requirements are acceptable with corresponding extra processing costs.

Q: What surface treatment processes are available?

A: We provide comprehensive surface treatment processes including hot-rolled black finish, pickling & derusting, grinding & polishing, mirror polishing, black oxide treatment, anti-rust oil spraying, hot-dip galvanizing and shot blasting, which can be customized according to customer application scenarios.
