Q: Can you provide official material certification documents?

A: Official Mill Test Certificate (MTC) is available for all shipment batches. We support EN 10204 3.1 factory certificates and can arrange EN 10204 3.2 third-party authoritative inspection certificates (extra inspection fees apply) to meet the requirements of high-end engineering and foreign trade customs clearance.

Q: Do you support pre-shipment third-party inspection?

A: We fully support on-site pre-shipment inspection by international authoritative institutions such as SGS, BV and Intertek with transparent inspection procedures. Conventional third-party inspection fees are borne by the buyer.

Q: What NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) services can you provide?

A: We provide professional NDT services including UT ultrasonic testing, MT magnetic particle testing and PT penetrant testing, suitable for high-end and rigorous application scenarios such as pressure vessels, aerospace, military and shipbuilding industries. Customized testing schemes can be prepared in advance according to customer demands.

Q: How do you guarantee material purity and avoid material mixing?

A: We have established a full-process traceable quality inspection system, including raw material incoming spectrum re-inspection, whole-process batch tracking during production and batch sampling inspection for finished products. All product packages are clearly marked with traceable information such as heat number, batch number and steel grade to completely avoid material mixing from the source.
